These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the branding and design services provided by Peeely (“Peeely,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a package, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Peeely provides digital branding and creative services, including:

• Logo design

• Brand identity design

• Brand strategy and positioning

• Brand guidelines

• Social media branding

• Stationery and branded assets

• Brand mockups

• Custom creative services agreed separately
  
  

Our standard packages currently include Logo Essentials, Brand Starter, and The Signature Brand System.

All deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders & Payments

All package payments must be made in full before work begins.

Your project will only enter production once:

• Payment has been successfully received; and

• Your required brand brief has been completed.
  
  

Prices displayed on our website are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, taxes, or payment-provider fees imposed by third parties are the client’s responsibility.

Peeely may pause or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified.

3. Delivery Timelines

Your first brand concepts are delivered within 48 hours after we receive both your completed brief and confirmed payment.

The 48-hour timeline applies to initial concepts only.

Revisions, supporting brand assets, brand guidelines, stationery, social media assets, and final file preparation are completed afterward based on your selected package and feedback.

Timelines may be extended if:

• Required information is missing

• The client changes the original brief

• Feedback is delayed

• Additional services are requested

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control affect delivery
  
  

We will always make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delay.

4. Revisions

Revision allowances depend on the package purchased.

Logo Essentials:
Includes up to 3 revision rounds on the selected concept.

Brand Starter:
Includes unlimited revisions on the selected concept within the original project scope.

The Signature Brand System:
Includes unlimited revisions on the selected concept within the original project scope.

Unlimited revisions mean refinements to an existing selected direction. They do not include unlimited new concepts, changes to the business name, a completely new brief, or repeated changes in creative direction.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Accurate business information

• A complete creative brief

• Necessary content and materials

• Clear and timely feedback

• Files of sufficient quality where required
  
  

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any names, images, copy, trademarks, references, or other materials supplied to Peeely.

Peeely may refuse requests involving unauthorized, infringing, unlawful, or misleading materials.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Once the project has been fully paid and final approved files have been delivered, ownership rights to the final approved custom design work transfer to the client, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.

Peeely retains ownership of:

• Rejected concepts

• Unused creative directions

• Drafts

• Explorations

• Preliminary designs

• Internal working files

• Presentation layouts not included as final deliverables
  
  

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Peeely may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, case studies, awards submissions, and promotional materials.

If confidentiality is required, please notify us before the project begins.

7. Fonts, Mockups & Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include licensed fonts, photography, mockups, icons, or other third-party resources.

These assets remain subject to the licenses of their respective owners.

Presentation mockups are generally used to demonstrate how a brand may appear in real-world applications and are not automatically included as editable production files.

Where a separate commercial or extended license is required, the client may be responsible for purchasing that license.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Peeely Refund Policy.

By purchasing a Peeely package, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted both these Terms and our Refund Policy.

Our satisfaction guarantee does not create an unconditional right to a refund in every circumstance.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a billing or service concern, please contact Peeely before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is opened while a project is active, Peeely may:

• Pause all project work

• Suspend delivery of files

• Provide relevant records to the payment provider

• Dispute invalid or fraudulent claims
  
  

Fraudulent payment disputes may result in refusal of future services.

10. Cancellation

You may request cancellation before creative work begins.

Once work has started or initial concepts have been delivered, cancellation and refund eligibility will be handled according to the Peeely Refund Policy.

Work already completed may remain chargeable.

11. Client Inactivity

If we do not receive required feedback or communication from a client for 40 consecutive calendar days, Peeely may place the project on hold or mark it as inactive.

After prolonged inactivity:

• Completed work may be delivered as-is

• Original timelines will no longer apply

• Restarting the project may require rescheduling

• Refund eligibility may be affected under our Refund Policy
  
  

12. Trademark & Legal Disclaimer

Peeely creates original visual identities but does not guarantee that any business name, logo, slogan, symbol, or other brand element is legally available for registration or trademark protection.

Trademark searches, legal clearance, and trademark registration are not included unless specifically stated.

Clients are responsible for conducting appropriate legal checks before registering or commercially relying on a final identity.

We recommend consulting a qualified intellectual property professional where trademark protection is important.

13. No Guarantee of Business Results

Branding can improve presentation, consistency, positioning, and perceived value, but Peeely does not guarantee specific commercial results.

We do not guarantee:

• Increased revenue

• Customer acquisition

• Funding

• Market share

• Website traffic

• Conversion rates

• Trademark approval

• Business growth
  
  

Marketing and business performance depend on many factors outside our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peeely will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Lost revenue or profits

• Lost business opportunities

• Marketing performance

• Third-party printing or production errors

• Trademark disputes

• Third-party platform issues
  
  

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Peeely’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided based on the agreed project scope and client brief.

While we aim to deliver high-quality professional work, creative design is inherently subjective.

Peeely does not warrant that a design will achieve any particular commercial, legal, or marketing outcome.

16. Communication

Official project communication may take place through email, our project-management systems, forms, or other communication channels approved by Peeely.

Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring project communications.

17. Refusal or Termination of Service

Peeely reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where there is:

• Abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior

• Fraud or suspected fraud

• Non-payment

• Intellectual-property infringement

• Unlawful requests

• Repeated violation of agreed project scope

• Violation of these Terms
  
  

Where appropriate, completed work will be handled according to the applicable payment and refund terms.

18. Changes to These Terms

Peeely may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our website together with its effective or last-updated date.

Changes apply to future purchases from the effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
